The
25th Annual Public Safety Telecommunications Association 9-1-1
Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL,
October 18th - 21st, 2009. Booth space will be assigned on a
first come, first serve basis upon receipt of a completed application
accompanied by payment in full. Please don't wait to secure a booth;
last year's event was sold out. There will be a hospitality event in
the vendor area on Sunday evening starting at 6:30 P.M. Vendor
hours for Monday will be 10:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and Tuesday 8:00
A.M. to 12:00 P.M. There will be exclusive vendor exhibit hours on
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
The
Conference Committee is committed to making each year better.
Exhibit registration includes two (2) full registrations with
identification badges and all event tickets. Additional exhibitor
badges can be purchased for $35.00 each which entitles you to an
identification badge for entrance to the exhibition hall only.
Event tickets may be purchased separately. We encourage all
vendors to attend the banquet on Monday evening, as well as the
Tuesday luncheon.
As
in years past, there will be a drawing on Wednesday, October 21st at
the closing session. Conference attendees will need to be present to
win. If you would like to donate an item for the drawing and receive
special recognition, please contact our Conference Chair, Ms. Kathy
Monken at (618) 277-7316, ext. 107.
The
host hotel for the conference is the Crowne Plaza, and the overflow
hotel will be the Holiday Inn Express located adjacent to the Crowne
Plaza. Vendors are responsible for making their own hotel
reservations. The housing form on the web site must be used to
receive the conference hotel rates.
Decorators
for the exhibit space this year will be Best Expo Incorporated.
