Dear Vendor: The 26th Annual Public Safety Telecommunications Association 9-1-1 Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL, October 17th - 20th, 2010. Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis upon receipt of a completed application and with payment in full. There will be a hospitality event in the vendor area on Sunday evening starting at 6:30 P.M. Vendor hours for Monday will be 10:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and Tuesday 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., with exclusive vendor exhibit hours on all three days. Exhibit registration includes two (2) full registrations with identification badges and all event tickets. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased on site for $35 each which entitles you to an identification badge for entrance to the exhibition hall only. Event tickets may be purchased separately. We encourage all vendors to attend the banquet on Monday evening, as well as the Tuesday luncheon. There will be a drawing on Wednesday, October 20th at the closing session. Conference attendees will need to be present to win. If you would like to donate an item for the drawing and receive special recognition, please contact our Conference Chairperson, Kathy Monken at kathylmonken@gmail.com. The host hotel for the conference is the Crowne Plaza, and the overflow hotel will be the Holiday Inn Express located adjacent to the Crowne Plaza. Vendors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The housing form on the website must be used to receive the conference hotel rates and early hotel reservations are recommended. Programs showing a complete agenda for the conference can be obtained at the conference registration table or at www.911conference.org when finalized.
